IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NEW REFERRALS

As from March 31st 2010, I am no longer taking referrals for therapy at the Petrie Clinic.

The Petrie Clinic will be closing in September and I will be taking twelve months from full time clinical work to develop training programs.

If you would like to complete a client information form and email or post it to me, I will keep you on a waiting list and contact you as soon as I resume clinical work.

If you are seeking therapy at the Eight Mile Plains clinic your client information form will be forwarded to Lee-Anne Grosvenor for her attention.

Please do not send a booking fee or any payment with your client information form.
